Since all our products are digital in nature (e.g., software, subscriptions, keys, access links), they cannot be returned once delivered or activated.

We offer refunds only in the following conditions:

  • If the product is not delivered within the promised time (1–2 hours during vendor availability)
  • If the product/service is not working and cannot be fixed by our team
  • If you have been wrongly charged or double charged

Refunds are not applicable in cases like:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased by mistake
  • You did not read the product description properly

Refund Timeframe

If eligible, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
